Each fall the membership of CCI adopts a legislative agenda as well as a policy statement. The CCI Policy Statement serves as a general guide to the association’s positions on a wide-ranging number of policy issues and provides CCI staff with guidance absent specific action by a steering committee. As part of the steering committee work on September 22, members will begin discussing the CCI Policy Statement and possibly suggesting changes to the statement. Members are urged to review the policy statement in advance of the meeting and submit suggested changes to Eric Bergman no later than Friday, September 15. Final ratification of the 2024 CCI Policy Statement will take place during the Legislative Committee/Membership Meeting on Friday, October 6.
