The Commission will accept spoken comments on the proposed revisions to the 2008/2015 Ozone State Implementation Plan (SIP) and Associated Regulations hearing. Spoken comments provided during this time and written comments submitted in advance will be incorporated into the rulemaking record.
Access to FAMLI Employer Portal Finally Available
The Division of Family and Medical Leave Insurance (FAMLI) announced today that all Colorado employers can now access the FAMLI online employer portal, which is called My FAMLI+ Employer.

Opportunity to Provide Comment on Energy Codes Under Development
The Colorado Energy Office has launched a Google form posted on the CEO Energy Code Board page where members of the public may submit comments on the Energy Code Advisory Board’s work, proposals for language to be included in the codes being developed by the Board, or both. All comments and code proposals will be posted publicly on CEO’s website, leaving out any personal identifying information. Please note that while code proposals may be submitted for inclusion in either the solar ready and electric ready code or the low energy and carbon code, the Board is primarily focused on the solar ready and electric ready code at this time.Move to Trash
Mark Your Calendars! Help Review and Provide Feedback on Draft CCI Legislative Priority | December 9
On December 9th from 8:30-10:00am, CCI will convene counties to review a draft of the ‘Funding for Local Access to State Parks and Wildlife Areas’ bill. Staff expects to have a draft prior to December 9th and will share that as soon as it is available. We need your help to make sure the content hits the mark.
