The Colorado Office of Policy, Research and Regulatory Reform is conducting a sunset review of the licensure of Community Integrated Health Care Service Agencies as well as a sunset review of the Colorado Dental Board. This review will produce a report to the Colorado General Assembly and result in legislation based on the recommendations in the report. As a stakeholder, your input is an important component of a successful sunset review.
Sunset reviews are guided by evaluation criteria found in section 24-34-104 C.R.S. You may find information about the sunset process on our website at https://coprrr.colorado.gov/how-reviews-work/sunset-reviews.
Please reach out to Vivienne Belmont at the Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies at vivienne.belmont@state.co.us with any comments or concerns you have regarding the reviews.
