Exempt unpaved county roads from statutory 811 "locate" requirement for basic road maintenance (grading, etc.)

HB21-1138, Restrict Off-highway Vehicles On Public Roads

Close loophole in state statute and prohibit OHVs that are registered outside of Colorado from using county roads that are closed to OHV use.

HB21-1099, Policies & Procedures to Identify Domestic Abuse

Convene a task force to define domestic violence in the CO Children's Code to capture the emotional and psychological impact this behavior can have on children.

SB21-118, Alternate Response Mistreatment At-risk Adults

Establish an alternative response pilot program to allow willing counties to respond to less severe allegations (i.e. self-neglect, wanderingfrom home, etc.) in a manner that promotes ongoing safety and collaborative partnership with at-risk adults and their families.

Amend C.R.S. 39-1-111 to allow taxing authority mill levies to be certified by a signatory as designated by the Board of County Commissioners

County Publication Requirement

CCI was unable to secure legislation to remove the county publishing requirement in CRS 30-25-111. However, there is a bill (HB21-2200) to study governmental filing options during the interim and that bill has been amended to include county publication requirements in the study
