IIJA Match & Local Capacity Building
At DOLA’s Local Government Coordination call last month, Meridith Marshall, Colorado’s IIJA Coordinator and Tamra Norton from DOLA provided an overview of the capacity building support program for grant navigation through the local Council of Governments (COGs). They also discussed the IIJA match program created by the last legislative session to support local governments pursuing funding.
