Protect Our Neighbors Designation
Protect Our Neighbors (PON) is for communities that can demonstrate strong public health and health care systems—paired with low virus levels—to take greater control of their own reopening plans. This program pairs the level of reopening with the level of underlying preparedness.
Please visit the state’s Protect Our Neighbors webpage to see which counties have PON certification, review guidance for certification, and/or apply for certification.
